Lunch will be served following the Championship Show.

Lancashire Hot Pot.  Tender, slow cooked beef and lamb with sliced potatoes, carrots and onions in a rich gravy with a buttery pastry lid, served with red cabbage, new potatoes and peas.

Broccoli and Stilton Quiche.   A buttery shortcrust pastry with a broccoli and stilton filling made with fresh eggs and cream, served with new potatoes and salad or peas.
