The Otterhound Club of America, Inc. (OHCA) was founded in 1960. OHCA is a member club of the American Kennel Club (AKC) and is recognised by the AKC as the official parent club of the Otterhound in the United States. Membership of the OHCA is open to all, if you would like to join and give your support please visit their page where you will find membership details.
The Otterhound Database, maintained by OHCA, contains records of over 6,000 Otterhounds born and bred globally dating back to the 1800s. Maintaining and sharing the database enables us to preserve, protect and promote our breed.
The Otterhound University is maintained by the OHCA and is a great source of information for all things Otterhound.
